How Is Your Joy?

Worldly Joy Is Temporary: The happiness the world provides is fleeting and situational. On the other hand, true joy is eternal and comes from God.

Joy in Worship: In the Old Testament, genuine worship of God was connected to joy. People who worship, know, and love God experience a joy that only He can provide.

Gift of the Holy Spirit: Among the fruits of the Holy Spirit is joy. Believers receive attributes like pleasure from the Holy Spirit when they become Christians.

Doing God’s Will Increases Joy: Believers' hearts are gladdened when they are involved in sharing the gospel. Paul encountered this frequently during his ministry.

Choosing Joy: Biblical joy is deciding to be internally satisfied and content despite hardships because we have faith that God will work these things out for good.
