God created the planet, breathed life into the soil,
and gave birth to every creature at the beginning of time.
A gift for you and me, the mountains soared high and the rivers flowed freely.
This was Creation's symphony.
Oh, please allow us to sense the rhythm of the waves on the seas
and the whispering of the trees.
Because the earth is singing and calling our names,
it is guiding us to change, heal, and love.
However, we've turned away,
blinded by our greed, contaminated the air and water,
and sowed the seeds of catastrophe.
However, hope endures, a promise in the air to restore
what has been damaged and to care for creation.
Oh, please allow us to sense the rhythm of the waves on the seas
and the whispering of the trees.
Because the earth is singing and calling our names,
it is guiding us to change, heal, and love.
We will sow fresh seeds of compassion,
till the land, repurpose dashed hopes, rebuild, and labour.
Because the planet is a hallowed place
where grace and mercy converge in every corner.
Oh, please allow us to sense the rhythm of the waves on the seas
and the whispering of the trees.
Because the earth is singing and calling our names,
it is guiding us to change, heal, and love.
So let us stand as stewards of creation, hands intertwined, hearts in unison.
Since the earth's melody lasts forever,
A gospel song about love and our common fate.
