Bible Glory Games: Season 1 Episode 6: Creation (A-Z series)

Henry: Hello everyone, I'm Henry

Max the monkey: And I'm Max

Henry: And this is Bible Glory Games.

Max the monkey: Before we begin, I have something to show you (putting a pot of flower on the table) I planted months ago.

Henry: (Grabbing it) that's very creative flower. (Giving Max back his flower) okay, now let's start. Today this question is going to be about creation

Max the monkey: Question one. Which were the first words that God spoke to creation? Is it A) "Let there be light", B) “Let there be lights in the expanse of the sky.”, C) ""Let us make man in our image.” or D) "Let us begin"

Henry: Question two. What did God call the expanse which “divided the waters which were under the expanse from the waters which were above the expanse”? Is it A) Land, B) Sky (or heaven), C) Air or D) darkness

Max the monkey: Question three. On the third day, “God called the dry land ____, and the gathering together of the waters he called ____.” Is it A) Mountains, springs, B) Earth, seas, C) Good, bad or D) Desert, ponds

Henry: Question four. On which day did God make the stars? Is it A) First, B) Third, C) Fourth or D) Sixth

Max the monkey: The last question. What did God create to “fly above the earth in the open expanse of the sky”? Is it A) Areoplanes, B) Superman, C) Fairies or D) Birds (or fowl)

Henry: The last one is, it's true or false. "Let there be light" was God's first recorded words at the beginning of creation.

Max the monkey: The region that separated the waters below it from the waters above it was referred to by God as the "sky" or "heavens."

Henry: God referred to the dry ground as "earth" and the gathered waters as "seas" on the third day.

Max the monkey: The stars were created by God on the fourth day of creation.

Henry: It is God's will for humanity to "Fill the earth and subdue it." After humans were created, this directive was given.

Henry: For the answers. The first one is A) "Let there be light" It is recorded in Genesis 1.3

Max the monkey: The second one is B) Sky (or heaven) and it is mentioned in Genesis 1:6-8

Henry: The third one is also B) Earth, seas and it is in Genesis 1:10

Max the monkey: The fourth one is too C) Fourth. It is recorded in Genesis 1:14-19

Henry: The fifth one is D) bird (or fowl) and it is in Genesis 1:20-23.

Max the monkey: For the first one from true or false section is true. With this stirring proclamation, God creates light and divides it from darkness, signifying the start of creation. The verses that follow explain how God called the darkness "night" and the light "day" after determining that the light was good.

Henry: For the second one is true. According to the book of Genesis, God created an expanse to separate the waters below from the waters above, and He called it the “sky” or “heavens” . This celestial boundary marked a significant division in the early stages of creation.

Max the monkey: For the third one is true. On the third day of creation, according to the book of Genesis, God gathered the waters together, creating the seas, and He called the dry ground “earth.” This distinction marked the emergence of land and water, shaping the world as we know it.

Henry: The fourth one is According to the book of Genesis, on the fourth day of creation, God made the sun, moon, and stars. He set the sun to govern the day, the moon to govern the night, and the stars to adorn the heavens . It’s a beautiful depiction of cosmic order and the celestial bodies that illuminate our world.

Max the monkey: The last one is true. God told people to "fill the earth and subdue it" after creating them, according to the book of Genesis. This responsibility includes stewardship as well as multiplication. It was intended that humans will proliferate, populate the planet, care for it, and exercise responsible dominion over its resources. It's a strong plea to strike a balance between responsible planet-care and growth.

Henry: We hope you had fun

Max the monkey: Until it's next time with Max

Henry: And Henry

Both of them wave their farewell hands
