If you are thinking that, it meant to be perfect, following a bunch of rules and never making mistake.
"Now God himself and our Father, and our Lord Jesus Christ, direct our way unto you." (1 Thessalonians 3:11) ,"And the Lord make you to increase and abound in love one toward another, and toward all men, even as we do toward you" (1 Thessalonians 3:12) and "To the end he may stablish your hearts unblameable in holiness before God, even our Father, at the coming of our Lord Jesus Christ with all his saints." (1 Thessalonians 3:13).
Paul is talking to the Thessalonians church in Greece and basically he's asking them to tell God to increase their love for their fellow believers as well as all people.
When your heart abounds with love for all people, God establishes your heart blameless in holiness. Holiness is God's nature and God's nature is love.
