What does Colours represent in the Bible?

Today it is Holi, also known as the festival of colours. Every colours have their own meaning. But what does each of every colours represent according and only in the Bible?

Red: Represent the blood of Jesus "God present Christ as a sacrifice of atonement, through the shedding of his blood-to be received by faith...."(Romans 3:35)

Orange: Represent fire, "for our God is a consuming fire" (Hebrew 12:29)

Yellow: Represent the light of God, "in him there is no darkness" (1 John 1:5-7)

Green: Represent eternal life in Jesus (John 3:16)

Blue: Represent living baptism "Whoever believes and is baptised will be saved, but whoever does not believe will be condemned" (Mark 16:16)

Purple: Represent the royalty of the Kings of the kings and the crown of life (James 1:12)

Black: Represent sin "for all have sinned and fall short of the glory of God (Romans 3:23)

White: Represent purity, "I will be clean: wash me, and I will be white than snow" (Psalm 57:1)

Here is a fun poem about this celebration

Blue sky

Green grass

Yellow sandy beach

There's beauty in ever colour

Happy Holi

Let the colours fly

Let paint the Earth with love

The spring has just begun

The winter is sleeping

Happy Holi

Let all have some fun

Throwing each other with colours

And our clean clothes will get messy

It's the festival of colours

Paint me the colour of red

The colour of love

Because it's Holi

Oh you are so playful

You are such a fun person

Happy Holi!
