The sin of unbelief amongst Christians (Joh 3:36, 20:24-25; Luk 24:36-43; Act 10:9-18; Joh 8:32)

John 3:36 (KJV) - This verse highlights the consequence of unbelief, stating, "He that believeth on the Son hath everlasting life: and he that believeth not the Son shall not see life; but the wrath of God abideth on him." It underscores the importance of faith in Jesus Christ for eternal life.

John 20:24-25 (KJV) - This passage tells the story of Thomas, one of Jesus' disciples, who doubted Jesus' resurrection until he saw Him and touched His wounds. Thomas' initial unbelief and subsequent belief upon seeing Jesus emphasize the struggle with doubt that even close followers can experience.

Luke 24:36-43 (KJV) - Here, Jesus appears to His disciples after His resurrection, and they are initially terrified and doubtful. Jesus reassures them by showing His hands and feet and eating in their presence, addressing their unbelief and proving His physical resurrection.

Acts 10:9-18 (KJV) - In this passage, Peter has a vision in which God tells him to eat what was previously considered unclean. Peter initially resists, showing his struggle with accepting new revelation. This story illustrates how deeply held beliefs can hinder acceptance of God's plan.

John 8:32 (KJV) - Jesus tells His followers, "And ye shall know the truth, and the truth shall make you free." This verse underscores the liberating power of truth and implies that unbelief, or the rejection of truth, keeps people in bondage.

These passages collectively highlight the challenges and consequences of unbelief among Christians, emphasizing the importance of faith, acceptance of divine revelation, and the transformative power of truth.
