Remember the Past (Remembrance Day)

Updated: Nov 11, 2023

Every year on November 11th, it's Remembrance Day. People wear a poppy, not real one. At 11am they stay silent as a respect for fallen solider and civilian who died during the World War one, for 2 minutes. I am a British, my school does that.

This is very sad, but it's important that we should learn about them. History can be sad and stressful, but we need to learn it.

Some believe that focusing entirely on the future and ignoring the past is a good notion. It's okay to look at the future, but if you don't look at the past more, you will, might, ended up repeating the same mistakes that you did, your family, or anyone had done.

Jesus warned that there will be wars, different types of wars, like Civil War, Independence War, or Crimean War.

There are other events that happened between 1914 and 1918, like the Russian Revolution started in 1917 and ended in July 17th 1918, when the Romanov (royal family) was executed by the squad who shot them.

It's very sad, but it's vital to know the history. I hope that everyone had good remembrance day to remember the fallen ones. Million peoples all shut their eyes.

We must never forget!
