Today it is my birthday and I'm 19 years old. I am blessed and happy. Every year I am getting older and becoming mature for my age. Last year, we went to the restaurant and the waitress/waiter was holding my cake as the song played "Happy Birthday" for me. It was my first time celebrating in a restaurant. Sometimes we went to the movies a couple of years ago, whether at home or a cinema. The cake was creamy. Last year it was the same day as Christian Holiday, Good Friday. We started to celebrate at the same time of iftar. Before that, I dressed a long pink with flowers and had long pink ribbons with flowers wrapped around my waist.
I got the book of "Self-Teaching Adult Piano Course." and I already got a piano on my 15th birthday. First, we ate burgers, sushi, hashbrown and then cake (after we prayed Maghrib)
Why do I love birthdays?
When my birthday arrives, it’s like a grand cheer for me. I have reached the new chapter. It’s an opportunity to reflect on how much I’ve grown or changed. Consider the hobbies I’ve picked up, the skills I’ve honed, and the wisdom I’ve gained. It’s a time when the spotlight shines on me. Whether I prefer a lively celebration or a quiet gathering with close friends, it’s my chance to celebrate in a way that aligns with my style and preferences. Birthdays are more than just party hats and balloons; they’re a celebration of life, growth, and the unique individual that I am.
Birthday Magic (poem)
On this day, the sun dons its golden crown,
And whispers secrets to the breeze in town.
The stars gather 'round, their twinkling delight,
As the moon hums a tune through the velvet night.
Gifts wrapped in laughter, tied with glee,
Await their moment, dancing with jubilee.
Candles flicker, eager flames in the cake,
A wish hangs in the air—a sweet chance to take.
Friends and family, a colorful array,
Painting memories on the canvas of the day.
Hugs like confetti, laughter like champagne,
In this birthday symphony, we find our refrain.
So blow out the candles, let dreams take flight,
For birthdays are magic—a beacon of light.
May your year ahead sparkle, dance, and sing,
Happy Birthday, dear friend!
